•    Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fee
•    Payment on the spot could be done either in cash or using Credit card (Visa or Master).
•    CANCELLATION POLICY: For written cancellation before October 30th, an administration charge of 25 Euros will be applied. After this date, no refunds can be made.

CREDIT CARD PRE-PAYMENT

If you wish to pay for your registration fee and extra options in advance using your credit card, please use the Printable Version of your registration form. When you complete the registration, you will have an option of printing your registration form. Print the form, fill in the details of your card, sign it and fax it to fax number: +381 11 220 6089. Also, please note that our bank requests a copy of the credit card used for payment for reasons of security. Thus, please be so kind to fax a copy of your credit card (front and back side) together with your form.
Please note that only the signed and faxed registration forms will be accepted. Please DO NOT e-mail them to the Congress Secretariat!
